Starting Oct. 1, if your active license expires, it will be set to inactive status as of the expiration date and any license relationships to sales agents and/or brokers will be terminated. If you late renew—up to six months after your expiration date—your license will be renewed on inactive status.

The chart appears to be saying the same for both instances? I don’t see the difference between the two agents.
The second option showed her taking action at the 6 month point. That was the difference I saw. You are correct that it looks like they both took similar actions, though.
I have placed my License as Inactive and terminated with my sponsoring broker. The intent is to take a year or so off for personal reasons. I am keeping up with my CE. Does this change mean that I can’t renew past the 6 month time period? Would I loose my license if I stay Inactive more than 6 months?
