I have come across this several times this year that sellers take the mounts with them but leave the holes . . . . – if sellers want to remove it should be automatic that they patch up the holes and repaint that wall.

I have come across some deals where the buyer persuaded the homeowner to include the furniture of the house in the sale price. This would really be in favor of the buyer of the seller.
