Texas REALTORS® is not the only real estate association in the state. It works with several multicultural allied real estate organizations, such as the Texas Association of Real Estate Brokers. 

Since 1947, the National Association of Real Estate Brokers has worked for equal opportunities and civil rights for Black consumers, communities, and real estate professionals. Its members, called Realtists, have advocated for major reforms throughout its history. Anyone can join if they support the group’s mission of democracy in housing.
